Many times one treatment option that works on one water supply fails another with similar contaminants. That is why we offer a free, in-home water test which can be followed up with a full laboratory analysis, if necessary.

Not only did our water technician work around our schedule to do the initial water testing and assessment, our installation professional moved our service date up, was extremely polite, didn't mind our dogs (even gave one a hug) and he completed the additional work we requested on short notice with a smile and no complaints (we asked that he service our water heater after he had already arrived) To top off this excellent experience, Hawkins did NOT try to sell us products we didn't actually need (contrary to our experience with another water company) and they were less than HALF the price of their competitors. I called with a problem on equipment Hawkins did not install that I was sure would need to be replaced. Curt made a trip to my house the same day and did something very unusual for a typical salesman – he fixed our old unit! He was so educational – teaching me how to use the unit and explaining all the working parts. When our son gave us a new Rainsoft water treatment system, we were grateful….until the brine tank overflowed three times! We needed help, so we called Hawkins Water Tech.
Upon examining the installation, Kevin (the service tech) observed that the carbon filtration unit was plumbed ahead of the softener, which meant it was doing the “heavy lifting” of removing iron, a task that was well beyond its intended assignment.
Kevin re-plumbed the carbon unit and reprogrammed the softener, even though it is not one Hawkins sells. He did an outstanding job and his knowledge, work effort and demeanor were a fine reflection on your company.
