Not only did our water technician work around our schedule to do the initial water testing and assessment, our installation professional moved our service date up, was extremely polite, didn't mind our dogs (even gave one a hug) and he completed the additional work we requested on short notice with a smile and no complaints (we asked that he service our water heater after he had already arrived) To top off this excellent experience, Hawkins did NOT try to sell us products we didn't actually need (contrary to our experience with another water company) and they were less than HALF the price of their competitors. When our son gave us a new Rainsoft water treatment system, we were grateful….until the brine tank overflowed three times! We needed help, so we called Hawkins Water Tech.
Upon examining the installation, Kevin (the service tech) observed that the carbon filtration unit was plumbed ahead of the softener, which meant it was doing the “heavy lifting” of removing iron, a task that was well beyond its intended assignment.
Kevin re-plumbed the carbon unit and reprogrammed the softener, even though it is not one Hawkins sells. He did an outstanding job and his knowledge, work effort and demeanor were a fine reflection on your company.
