We only had to deal with hard water and a clogged up, spray your face off, pins and needles, cheap hotel style shower head for 3 days but I'll be the first to admit that a sucky shower can absolutely alter your mood. Not only did our water technician work around our schedule to do the initial water testing and assessment, our installation professional moved our service date up, was extremely polite, didn't mind our dogs (even gave one a hug) and he completed the additional work we requested on short notice with a smile and no complaints (we asked that he service our water heater after he had already arrived) To top off this excellent experience, Hawkins did NOT try to sell us products we didn't actually need (contrary to our experience with another water company) and they were less than HALF the price of their competitors. Thank you SO MUCH Hawkins Water Tech. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone living with less than spectacular water! Thank you again Arlin, Dave and Jim! #badhairweekisover #itsthelittlethings #sorefreshing #softwater

From working with Curt on making the initial appointment and getting the estimate, to the office person I spoke to when paying, to Shawn being so helpful with scheduling the install, to the gentleman (and I am sorry I did not get his name) [Nate] who did the installation, I am truly impressed. Everyone has been so courteous and helpful.
Hopefully I won’t need any assistance other than filling the system with salt but I feel assured that, if something does go wrong, your company will handle the issue just as quickly and efficiently as the installation process has been.
I would recommend you all highly.
Atta Boy to Mr. Nick!

knowledgeable, and quick.
And, we felt safe with him in the house.
We are very very pleased with his service!
Thank you for sending him our way!
Just a note to let you know that your staff is very professional and courteous - from the lady who answers the phone to the gentleman who listened to the concern and made the appointment. The technician made the proper repair in a very timely and professional manner. This is

The technician made the proper repair in a very timely and professional manner. This is my first experience with your company. You were recommended to me and I will do the same in the future.

Frequently Asked Reverse Osmosis Questions:
What is reverse osmosis?

- sodium
- chloride
- copper
- chromium
- lead
Some systems may also reduce:
- arsenic
- fluoride
- radium
- sulfate

How much is reverse osmosis system?
A Reverse Osmosis System cost depends on the type of system you’re looking to purchase. Under sink reverse osmosis systems range from $250 to $7,500. Whole house reverse osmosis systems range from $1,000 – $18,000. System costs depend on a number of factors but are most closely tied to the amount of water that needs to be filtered per day.
How to remineralize water after reverse osmosis?
You can remineralize water after reverse osmosis filtering through various methods. Most modern reverse osmosis systems include a remineralization tank that takes care of adding minerals back into your water for you.
How to make reverse osmosis water alkaline?
You can make reverse osmosis water alkaline by adding alkaline minerals and raising the ph of your filtered water.
What is not removed by reverse osmosis?
What is not removed by reverse osmosis may surprise some. While RO filters will reduce a wide range of contaminants from your water, it will not remove some pesticides, solvents, volatile organic chemicals VOCs (like chlorine and radon), dissolved gases (ammonia, carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide), and organic contaminants (such as formaldehyde, methanol, acetonitrile, methyl ethyl ketone, etc.).
How much water does reverse osmosis waste?
Reverse osmosis wastes on average about 4 gallons of water per gallon made. If you use 3 gallons a day for drinking, cooking and internal consumption, that means you will waste about 12 gallons, making a reverse osmosis system about 25% efficient. Comparatively, a washing machine and dishwasher use electricity and hot water (which takes energy to heat) and waste every gallon of water they use.
