Water Hardness Removal

Iron Removal (Red/Brown Staining)

Dissolved iron has no color when it’s in your water so your water may look crystal clear. Then, after sitting a short while in the toilet, tub or sink, it turns anything it touches into a hideous shade of reddish brown. Non-dissolved iron is still in particle form so your water may actually have a reddish tint to it as it comes out of the faucet. These two different types of iron are treated two different ways. That is why it is imperative to have your water tested so the proper solution can be identified.
