Thought I would let you know how pleased I was today with my new water
softener installation.
From my sales person Mike Sommer to the installer which I am sorry I don't
know his name, it was a very uplifting experience. Everyone I dealt with was
very nice and professional.
Please know that if I hear of anyone in need of a softener I will say the

We built a new house about 9 years ago and had your company install one of your great water softeners. We also continued to buy all of our salt from you. A couple months ago after I cleaned out the salt tank, we stopped having soft water. I called and talked to one of your service guys and was ready to pay for a service call. He told me what to do over the phone and it took care of the problem. I just want to thank you for the great service and a great product.

I just wanted to thank you and especially Curt in your sales office. I was so impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. I called with a problem on equipment Hawkins did not install that I was sure would need to be replaced. Curt made a trip to my house the same day and did something very unusual for a typical salesman – he fixed our old unit! He was so educational – teaching me how to use the unit and explaining all the working parts. His help was truly a blessing in our lives as replacing the unit would have been quite a burden for us right now. I will definitely give Hawkins and Curt my future business. Thank you and God Bless!

When our son gave us a new Rainsoft water treatment system, we were grateful….until the brine tank overflowed three times! We needed help, so we called Hawkins Water Tech.
Upon examining the installation, Kevin (the service tech) observed that the carbon filtration unit was plumbed ahead of the softener, which meant it was doing the “heavy lifting” of removing iron, a task that was well beyond its intended assignment.
Kevin re-plumbed the carbon unit and reprogrammed the softener, even though it is not one Hawkins sells. He did an outstanding job and his knowledge, work effort and demeanor were a fine reflection on your company.
